The data
A name on a mailing list tells you nothing. A record here shows the roof was permitted in 2019 but the furnace never was, and that the owners have been there twelve years with equity to spend.
Where it comes from: county assessor, deed, tax, and permit filings from thousands of county and municipal offices, sourced through leading national data providers and cross-checked against our own listing, vacancy, and scoring signals. Contact data is skip-traced when you unlock a record, then verified and screened against Do-Not-Call registries.
Recorded vs. modeled: sale dates, permit history, and tax assessments come straight from public filings. Estimated value, equity, and household income are modeled, and marked "Est." or "~" in the platform so you always know which is which.

The math on a real campaign
Mailing your top 500 homeowners costs $150 in data on the 500-credit plan. Print & postage are quoted per piece before you commit. Unused credits roll over and never expire.
Phone numbers are checked against Do-Not-Call registries at enrichment, and we surface non-DNC numbers first. Litigator-flagged numbers are marked.
Property records come from public county, deed, tax, and permit sources under a clear data license. Your customer lists never feed anyone else’s account.
