Homeowner intelligence for home-service pros serious about growing their business

Where we started

  1. 2018
    USA Home Listings

USA Home Listings gave moving companies a better way to identify and reach homeowners before they raised their hand for a mover.

Instead of waiting for leads to come in, moving companies could use homeowner data to build their own outbound marketing, create opportunities earlier and book more moves.

  2. 2026
    MyHomeStory Pro

MyHomeStory Pro isn’t just a new version of USA Home Listings. It’s a homeowner intelligence platform built for the broader home-service industry.

Find the homeowners who fit your business. Build highly targeted audiences around your territory, services, and ideal customer. Then connect that intelligence to your outbound marketing so you can build campaigns and create coordinated touchpoints across channels like direct mail, email, digital advertising, calls, and more.

Movers loading a moving truck outside a home

From customer to founder

Before MyHomeStory Pro, Eric Wirks was building his own moving company, Wirks Moving & Storage. He did what home-service owners do every day: worked to build the brand, keep the schedule full, find new customers, and figure out which marketing actually moved the needle.

Then he became a customer of USA Home Listings.

Using homeowner data to reach people before they were actively looking for a mover was a game changer for his business. It gave his team a way to create opportunities earlier instead of waiting for them to show up.

But Eric saw that the data could do much more.

And he saw no reason it should stop with moving companies.

That idea became MyHomeStory Pro: homeowner intelligence built for every home-service trade, with the tools to turn that intelligence into marketing action.

We believe the job is won before the search begins.

The best place to meet your next customer isn’t on a search results page next to five other companies. It’s earlier.

It’s the truck they’ve seen around the neighborhood. The postcard they remember getting. The company name that keeps showing up in the right places.

That familiarity matters when the roof starts leaking, the AC quits, the water heater goes, or a project they’ve been putting off finally becomes a priority.

By the time they search, you don’t want to be introducing yourself from scratch. You want to be the name they already know.

That’s what “win the job before they search” means to us: use better timing, better homeowner intelligence, and consistent outreach to earn familiarity before the need ever becomes a lead.

Our mission is simple:

Make proactive marketing accessible to every home-service pro.

The biggest companies have teams, technology, data, and massive budgets working behind the scenes to keep their brands in front of customers.

We don’t think that advantage should belong only to them.

  • A great roofer should be able to build a recognized name in their market.
  • So should the HVAC company with five trucks.
  • The plumber growing into the next county.
  • The electrician trying to hire another crew.
  • The landscaper who wants a fuller schedule next season.

You shouldn’t need an enterprise marketing department to be intentional about who you reach, when you reach them, or how you stay in front of them.

We’re building MyHomeStory Pro to make that possible.

Let’s win more jobs, together.
